Will my current employer find out?
No. Your wish list is private. Optio never passes your details to employers without your knowledge. You control what you share and when you want to be contacted.
What kind of roles does Optio cover?

How do I update my wish list?
You can log in to your Optio profile at any time to update your priorities, availability, or remove your profile entirely.
Does Optio share my details with employers without my consent?
No. Optio operates on a structured consent model. Your personal details are never shared with an employer until you choose to respond to a match. Employers see anonymised, aggregated intent data from the broader candidate market, not your individual profile.
